"I was outside my office during the lunch time, right then my manager called me up on my cellphone and yelled, asked me to come back to office. I was a bit taken a back thinking that the lunch was still not over. I left my work half done, hurried back to office, thinking all my way back that maybe I didn’t deploy the build correctly, i didn’t check as it was already time for lunch, but what’s the rush?...anyway I was in office in 10min straight.
I paced instantly to him panting and to my surprise; he yelled again. This time in front of my peers. Reason: I went outside the office for lunch!!. What the hell??. i am sure he thought I went out to try my luck in other organization in that petty 1 hour lunch break.

I felt insulted. I was yelled in front of my colleagues  and that too for nothing. He could have either said politely or could have taken me to a conference room and yelled, for that matter, if he was so desperate.
Every minute started to stifle me in the office since then. I went back to my home, shot my resumes on different job portals and within a week I got a new job with double the pay, and in another 2 weeks I was sitting in a bigger and much comfy organization."

This was a small success story of my manager which he shared in almost a single breath, munching fennels while strolling soon after lunch.
Honestly this was nothing new to read.  Everyone of us either have such a story with ourselves or we have read, heard or overheard somewhere. But it has lot to analyze.

The only response that I gave him was: 'Your manager’s yells paved way for a good luck to meet you".
But to be true, I was only partially right. His manager yelled at him, but he took a decision to leave, we need to consider his decision. That decision paved way to his success what I totally agree.
We all come across lots of such terrible nuisances day n day after. We at times ignore, or sulk for sometime sitting at the corner of the office and not working or the worst of all, consider ourselves incapable to fight with the crowd on the streets and again finally ignore.
Taking revenge, hurting yourself or at the least staying pissed is never a solution to any problem or a challenge that we face in our lives. Problems have many solutions but not every solution is correct. A problem has to be solved and a challenge has to be overcome with. It will teach ten more things, which will help us deal with 10 other problems that we haven’t faced yet.

The only mantra to find a solution to a problem is to be at peace when you think of solving it. Probably soon after you wake up, or take a short nap when your brains go hay-wired and you were thinking completely immoral. Take a moral decision that best suits your capabilities and not your situation, because situations resonate but capabilities always go north.
We can either sit and crib on our luck with known-unknowns OR muster the guts and show some courage, take risks, accept the pain and let it change us, make us strong like never before.

Do all your calculations keeping in mind every minute assumption, in no matter how much time I swear, but do not look back once a decision is taken. Life is awesome then.

Cheers!!
